For builders
Builder verification and rating.
How Modern GBQ checks builders and how the 5-star builder rating works.
How builders are checked.
The Modern GBQ team reviews every builder organisation before it is listed in the builder directory homeowners invite from: a new organisation starts as Pending verification and is invited only once Verified. You record your ABN and licence number in your business details. A self-service upload of licence and insurance documents for verification is coming soon.
How the rating works.
Every builder organisation starts at 5.00 stars. Exactly one thing lowers it: declining after being selected. Your rating follows your organisation across projects.
Keep your capacity honest.
Your capacity figure sits beside your rating. Keeping it current means you are only invited to work you can take on.
