About GBQ
Built by an architect and licensed builder who has priced Australian homes since 1998.
Sam Grace held an NSW building licence and ran his own building company from 2003 to 2013. Modern GBQ is built on his Grace Estimation Method, first shown at the Sydney Home Show in 2014.

Is the estimate a quote?
No. It is an estimate, not a quote. Quotes come from builders, who all price the same approved scope.
Where do the prices come from?
From published supplier offers and trade labour rates, and, where no offer exists, from dated market prices and indicative rates. Every line shows what priced it.
Can builders see my name and address?
No. Builders see the project, the suburb and postcode, the scope and your dates. Your name, street address and contact details are never shared on the platform; you deal with the builder you choose directly.
How much does it cost?
